Once your prized vintage is aging in bottle, it’s time to start planning promotion. From the collective tasting room and sleek lounges for VIP tastings to the private meeting rooms and access to culinary staff, Sugarloaf Wine Co. offers member wineries the kind of hospitality services and modern tasting spaces expected by today’s discerning wine consumers.
Collective Tasting Room – Hospitality Services for Members
The Wine Lounge at Sugarloaf Wine Co. offers select member wineries the opportunity to have their wines featured at our collective tasting room with a wine bar vibe. This exclusive club of wineries are known as the Winemakers in Residence. Hospitality services benefits include:
- Featured wines offered in daily tasting flights
- Wines available for purchase by the bottle and by the glass
- Wines offered at Sugarloaf consumer events and private events
- Complimentary access to Collective Tasting Room lounges
- Access to private meeting spaces
- Access to Chefs in Residence for private meals
- And many more benefits

Office & Meeting Spaces – Hospitality Services for Members
Member wineries gain access to Sugarloaf’s private and communal meeting spaces as part of our hospitality services. In addition to a private conference room situated next to the laboratory for blending sessions and technical tastings, Sugarloaf’s administrative offices feature a dedicated members office lounge with multiple workspace stations and a central meeting table. The hospitality wing of the facility includes three private salons available to book for VIP client meetings for an additional fee.
Private Tastings & Special Events – Hospitality Services for Members
Sugarloaf Wine Co.’s spacious, modern barn near Santa Rosa features multiple private event spaces and upscale event venues. As part of our hospitality services, member wineries can book lounges indoors or outdoors at Sugarloaf to host their own private wine tastings for VIP clients–or hire Sugarloaf’s hospitality and event staff to help staff your experience for an additional fee. Sugarloaf is a permitted event venue with indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces and commercial kitchen, all available for member wineries to book at discounted fees. Member wineries are also poured at private and public community events organized by the Sugarloaf hospitality staff.
